The planter’s sides are made of 3 sections of decking and sit on three feet to help protect the planter and ensure they sit level. The inside of the planter is lined with heavy-duty plastic lining to help protect the inside of the planter. Due to this being a budget planter the corners are not mitered, so the edges of each piece of wood are visible.  The trellis sits on the top of the planter when measured from the top of the planter.                                       The trellis has a height of 1 meter.   The planter will require no assembly and will be able to be used right away. As the planter is raised of the ground this helps to limit some of the potential weeds/pests that may affect your flowers and vegetables. The planter is built using quality wood and fixings ensuring that they are strong and durable in the British weather. When empty the planter is easily moveable so installation should not be a problem.

Trellis Sits 1m above the top of the planter. The planter is suitable for flowers and some vegetables. The planter is built with high-quality pressure-treated timber and is FSC-certified. Planter sizes are listed as Length X Width X Height All of the corners on our decking planter do NOT have mitered cuts. Due to this being a budget planter the corners are not mitered, so the edges of each piece of wood are visible. The layers are stacked on top of each other until the desired height is met. Most of the fixings are on the inside of the planter making as little seen as possible once the planter is in use. The boards used have a height of 120mm and a thickness of 32mm. Each compartment of the planter was sectioned off on the inside using 4×1 inch timber. This helps reduce wasted compost, making it cost less to fill and weigh less in total. The inside of the planter is braced with 2×2 inch timber giving the planter increased stability. The planter comes pre-lined with a heavy-duty plastic lining with drainage holes in the bottom. All of the timber used is tanalised and FSC certified. This gives the planter suitable protection from the weather, making the planter last a long period. We see it as our responsibility to ensure that all of the wood we use is FSC certified, as in the current climate of the wood industry we want to ensure that we only use top-quality materials.
